In 2008/9, I was involved with an exhibition at The Red Barn Gallery in Cumbria.
Zest, also represented me at SOFA in New York.
This year I have also been part of their 'Figuration' exhibition.
So work goes on after a long winter.
I am now preparing to work on a small series of bowls. Having been invited to be part of the 'Rain and Fire' exhibition at the SDC gallery, which opens in September. Whilst also continuing with work on the sculptural forms.

Morag Gordon
Morag set up her first studio in Newcastle-upon-Tyne in 1985.
After graduating from West Surrey College of Art and Design, and working in a hotworkshop in Sweden.
Originally known for her work on blown forms, which were etched and sandblasted. She has moved over the last years to work more with sandcasting. Making clay models, for casting in the hotworkshop. These are the cut, ground and polished, before being assembled with other materials.
She now works from her home in Northumberland, making pieces for exhibitions or to commission.
